The Daily Soul Check Journal is designed to help you develop daily healthy habits for life. The prompts were created from working in the health and wellness field for 10 years and observing clients' behavior patterns. When we take just 5 or 10 minutes at the start to set an intention and focus on what we are grateful for we bring that energy to our day. Then, when we take a moment to reflect on what we accomplished vs. what we missed at the end of the day, we feel ready to to rest and get recharged to tackle the next day. We must pay attention to our physical, social/emotional, and spiritual health in order to be truly healthy.
